Seller FAQs

Click "Start Selling", create your account, submit your business details and verification documents, then list your products. Our team reviews applications, usually within 2 business days.

Listing products is free. A small commission is charged only when you make a sale, and the rate depends on your product category. Full details are shown in your seller agreement before you start.

Payouts are transferred to your registered bank account on a weekly cycle after orders are delivered and the return window passes. You can track every payout in your seller dashboard.

From your seller dashboard, go to Products → Add Product. Upload clear photos, write an accurate title and description, set your price and stock, and publish. Your product goes live after a quick review.

You can ship orders yourself or use the Pak Rider network. When an order comes in, pack it, mark it ready, and a rider collects it from your location. Tracking is shared with the customer automatically.

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days. You will be notified, the rider collects the item, and our team reviews the case. If the return is approved, the refund is issued and the item comes back to you.

Yes. Restaurants can apply separately through the restaurant onboarding. You will manage your menu, operating hours and incoming food orders from the restaurant dashboard.
