Pak Tijarat Hub ("we", "our", "us") operates the marketplace at paktijarathub.com and the Pak Tijarat Hub mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your name, phone number, email address and password. Sellers, riders, restaurants and service providers additionally provide business details, identity documents and payout information needed to verify and pay them.

Orders and transactions

We collect delivery addresses, ordered items, payment references and order status updates so we can fulfil and support your orders.

Location

Riders who enable live tracking share their GPS position during active deliveries so customers and restaurants can follow progress. Location sharing is off by default, starts only when the rider explicitly enables it, and stops when the delivery ends or sharing is turned off.

Device and usage information

We collect device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and basic usage analytics to keep the service running, prevent fraud and improve the experience.

Messages and content

Chat messages between buyers and sellers, reviews, uploaded photos and support conversations are stored so the marketplace can function and disputes can be resolved.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and process orders, payments and deliveries.
• To connect buyers with sellers, riders, restaurants and service providers.
• To send order updates, security alerts and — with your consent — promotional messages and push notifications.
• To verify identities, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To improve the platform through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. Sharing of information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the marketplace:

• With other users: sellers see buyer names, delivery addresses and order details; buyers see seller business names and contact options.
• With riders and restaurants: delivery addresses and live rider positions during active orders.
• With service providers: payment processors, SMS/push providers, cloud hosting and analytics vendors, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations (including tax and financial records), resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Section 7).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls and secure credential storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information from your account settings, or by contacting us. Pak Tijarat Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
