Terms of Service

Welcome to Pak Tijarat Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of paktijarathub.com and the Pak Tijarat Hub mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The marketplace

Pak Tijarat Hub is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers ("Vendors"), food by restaurants, services by service providers, and deliveries by riders. We operate the Platform and facilitate transactions, but the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to that contract, though we may intervene to resolve disputes under Section 8.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to transact, or use the Platform under a parent or guardian's supervision.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade enforcement.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

3. Orders and payments

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when the seller confirms the order.
• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including bank transfer and cash on delivery where offered). For advance-payment orders, a percentage may be collected upfront as stated at checkout.
• Sellers must fulfil confirmed orders promptly and as described. Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and accept delivery.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or buyer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Returns and refunds

• Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging, subject to the seller's stated return policy.
• Perishable food items are not returnable unless the wrong item was delivered or there is a quality issue at delivery.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as Platform credit where applicable, within 14 business days.

6. Seller, rider, restaurant and provider terms

• Vendors, restaurants and service providers must provide accurate listings, honour confirmed orders, and comply with applicable laws including tax obligations.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal products, weapons, and anything violating Pakistani law or our prohibited-items policy.
• Commissions, subscription fees and payout schedules are set out in the seller agreement and may be updated with notice.
• Riders must hold valid documentation, follow traffic laws, and handle deliveries with care. Live location sharing is voluntary and governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display content you upload (photos, reviews, messages) on the Platform. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

8. Disputes

If an order goes wrong, contact the seller first. If unresolved, open a dispute through the Platform within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the evidence and may issue refunds, replacements or other remedies. Our decision on Platform disputes is final for the purposes of the Platform, without limiting your statutory rights.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by fraud, scraping, interfering with other users, uploading malware, or circumventing fees or Platform processes (such as completing Platform-initiated transactions off-Platform to avoid commissions).

10. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through our dispute process; unresolved matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
